Will I actually lose any weight?
This class will help you lose inches, strengthen your core and give you an over-all tone to your body.  Like anyone interested in losing a substantial amount of weight, other factors have a critical impact on your personal weight loss. Food intake should be monitored; water intake should increase to a minimum of 64 oz per day; and increase your physical activity for 20 minutes per day for a minimum of 3 days per week.  Obviously, we are not professionals in the medical field ... you should always consult your physician for guidance on your personal goals.

Do you have evening classes?
Yes, please check the current schedule for the evening classes offered presently. **However, please be advised that we are willing to meet the demands of our clients . If you do not see a class that falls in with your desired schedule, let us know what day and/or time works for you and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Can I set my own rules while attending the classes?
The Katz Meeeow must insist that its students abide by the rules/policies/regimen implemented by The Katz Meeeow for the class.  If you have a condition(s) that would prohibit you from performing the assignments of the class, it is up to you to decide whether this class is for you considering your personal limitations.  For instance, if you are medically or otherwise prohibited from wearing heels that are 6" ... wearing 6" stilettos is a mandatory requirement of Level 1 ... so this class may not be for you. Everyone is different so it is our hope that you will find your own personal zone while following the objectives created by The Katz Meeeow.

What are your private parties like?
In a basic Intensive session, students learn the principal lessons of Level 1, as well as the beginning level pole tricks and elements of the Katz Meeeow routine. The Intensive begins with private instruction so that participants learn the fundamentals and can later easily blend into the group classes. Depending on our client's desires and needs, the private sessions will focus on sensual dance routines, pole maneuvers and/or tricks, lap dance techniques or, alternatively, encompass any combination thereof.

Private parties are scheduled for a maxium of 12 ladies (@ $47.50 per person) to be paid in full prior to the party date. Additional ladies may join the party for a fee of $52.50 at the door to be paid prior to the party commencing.

What does removable mean?
Removable means that the pole is not bolted to the floor or ceiling. After the initial installation it takes only seconds to put up or take down, with no tools needed.

What holds the pole in place?
Our unique ceiling mount, which is disguised as a plant hook for discretion, along with a threaded compression system and rubber feet on the base hold the pole in place. The Pro Pole also comes with a friction ceiling mount that does not require a bolt into the ceiling, although you must still find a joist to straddle. Keep in mind this is held in place by friction and cannot withstand as large a side load as the bolted mount.

I rent an apartment/home, will there be any damage to my ceiling or floor?
The ceiling mount requires only a single screw and can easily be covered with spackle when you move. The rubber feet on the base that grip the carpet for traction cause no damage.

What if my ceiling height is less than 8 feet?
Not a problem, Email us before you order and we can make a pole to fit your ceiling height at no additional charge. A pole shorter than 8 feet will be adjustable up to 2 foot longer than the length you specify.

Can I use the Pole on hardwood or tile floors?
We have a small pad available for use on non-carpeted flooring.

Do I really need to consult a certified housing repairman for installation help?
Although it is not necessary to use a professional we highly recommend it if you are not absolutely sure how to do the installation yourself.

My kitty Pole is too long/short. What do I do?
First re-measure your floor to ceiling height. The Pole comes standard to fit any size ceiling between 8 and 10 feet*. If after receiving your pole you realize your ceiling height is less than 8 feet you need to ship your pole back to have it modified to fit your room. The modification is free, but you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please call us for the return shipping address, (909) 930-2606. Under no circumstances should you try to modify the pole yourself. If your ceiling is between 8-10 feet, you will want the pole assembly to be 1 to 1.25 inches longer than that length. Next, as long as your height is within those parameters you can adjust the pole length by rotating the slider tube while applying slight pressure towards the foot of the pole. Turn clockwise to shorten, counter clockwise to lengthen. Click here for an video clip example (2MB)

What does the hook do?
The hook has no function other than to disguise the mount. It does not hold the pole in place. When you do not have your Pole in place all that is left is a functional plant hook. Hopefully this will eliminate any awkward questions your family or friends may ask about the mount.

What if I want to use my pole in multiple rooms?
While you can move your ceiling mount from room to room (not recommended), it is much more convenient to place a mount in each room you plan to use your Dance Pole. Additional mounts are available in our online store.

How much room should I allow for around my pole?
You should allow for enough room to do any dancing and/or pole tricks without obstruction. Use good judgment and common sense.

My pole is starting to look dirty. How do I clean it?
We recommend that you clean your Pole with a damp cloth. Window cleaner works well and is safe because it is diluted. Do no use solvents, such as alcohol.

What is the best way to store my Pole?
It is recommended that the pole be stored horizontally. This will insure that it has no chance of falling over causing injury to any person or damaging the finish.

How does my package ship and what does it look like?
Your pole arrives in a plain brown box with a return address from Pacific International Marketing & Promotions, Inc. The price of the dance pole includes shipping to the Continental United States. If you order other items besides a dance pole or extensions, you will be charged UPS shipping separately for those items only. The dance pole and accessories will not arrive with the rest of your order. WE DO NOT SELL DANCE POLES OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLINE. PLEASE CALL 909.930.2606 OR EMAIL US FOR THOSE ORDERS.

What is the diameter of the Pole?
The pole is standard 2 inch OD. This is what is found in most clubs and salons worldwide.
